Our Satisfaction Promise
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund โ no questions asked. We are committed to making every shopping experience with FlashDeal India a positive one.
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The product is missing parts or accessories as described
- The product is unused, in its original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed or altered
- Products with broken seals, removed tags or damaged original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery date
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage by the customer
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Share Photos / Video
Send us clear photos or a short video of the issue. This helps us process your return quickly.

Return Pickup Arranged
Our team will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address within 2โ3 business days.

Replacement or Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement or process your refund within 5โ7 business days.
Refund Methods
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Refund transferred directly to your bank account within 5โ7 business days of return receipt
- UPI: Refund to your UPI ID within 3โ5 business days
- Store Credit: Instant store credit for future orders (optional)
To process your refund, you will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. We do not store this information beyond the refund process.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us at +91 98765 43210. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per the return policy above.
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason on multiple occasions, we reserve the right to restrict COD orders from your account.
Damaged in Transit
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please:
- Take a photo or video of the sealed package before opening it
- Note the damage in the delivery agent's records if possible

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
